Driver for Base System Device Compaq Presario CQ40-506TU

- I can't find the driver, it is for the card reader (built-in).
- Here's Windows 7 driver, I use the driver for Compaq Presario CQ40-100 Notebook Series.
- The hardware is JMB38X card reader host controller.

(Solved) Windows setup could not configure windows to run on this computer's hardware

- I got this error when I try to install Windows 7 from usb pendrive.
- Info from microsoft support site said that it is caused by advanced format drive @ RAID. You can find the solution there, and here's the link to RAID driver download from Intel (optional).
- But that's not the solution for my problem as my hdd already set to IDE.
- Here's how. If you create the usb instalation disk using YUMI, then you need to unplug the usb before the first reboot (take note; BEFORE THE FIRST REBOOT). More info here. This solve my problem.

(Solved) Error 1814 - VLC Installation

- I got error "unable to elevate - erorr 1814" when I try to install VLC Media Player.
- Just a simple solution; right-click on the installation file (.exe), Run As Administrator.

One Way To Identify Who Have Stolen Your Android

- I came across an article from Stomp regarding stolen iPhone.
- What makes me interested is, how the owner locate and identify the thief using a software for iPhone.
- And the good news is, yes, there's also similar software for Android phone too, but for Gingerbread (2.3) and up (recommended).
- You can get it from Play Store here.
